Common questions
How does Bebe Sleepy track my sleep?
Two ways. You can tap Track Tonight before bed and Stop and Save in the morning. Bebe Sleepy will compute the duration and a stage estimate from population averages. Or you can grant Apple Health access and the Sleep tab will pull your real Apple Watch sleep stages and heart rate. Both modes work in the same app.
I granted Apple Health access but the Sleep tab is empty.
Two things to check. First, make sure your Apple Watch or iPhone actually recorded a session last night. Open the Health app and look at Browse, Sleep. If there is no data there, Bebe Sleepy has nothing to import. Second, pull to refresh on the Sleep tab. The card at the top will show Synced X days from Apple Health when the import succeeds.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Sleep readings, heart rate, and your local playlists stay on the device. The publisher does not run a server that holds your data. The companion server feature is local-only and is off by default. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
How do I cancel a Bebe Pro subscription?
Open iOS Settings. Tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions. Tap Bebe Pro. Tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund there. Apple decides each request based on its policies.
Can I use Bebe Sleepy without YouTube Music?
The Sleep tab, Playlists tab, and Settings tab all work without signing in. The Home tab loads the public YouTube Music page so you can play music. Sign-in is up to you. If you stay signed out, recommendations will be generic.
The wake-up alarm did not fire.
Open iOS Settings, Notifications, Bebe Sleepy. Make sure Allow Notifications is on and that Sounds are enabled. Inside the app, open the Schedule tab gear icon and confirm the alarm toggle is on. The alarm is delivered as a local notification on the schedule you set.
Why does Bebe Sleepy show the App Tracking Transparency prompt?
iOS requires the prompt for any app that may want to track activity for advertising. Bebe Sleepy does not currently link your activity with third-party data and asks anyway because the policy requires the prompt to be presented. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
I deleted the app. Is my data still on your servers?
There are no servers holding your data. Sleep entries, playlists, and settings live inside the app's container on the device. Removing the app deletes the container. There is nothing to delete on our end.
